- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ALM sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing sales team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Ability to travel within EMEAI and occasional trips to USA

- Teach Mastering the Customer Conversation Skills
- Build team's product knowledge
- Enhance team's sales techniques
- Improve team's overall effectiveness
- Work closely with regional sales leadership
