- Own and evolve the Global Procurement AI strategy.
- Shape the AI portfolio and roadmap.
- Align the AI portfolio within the technology landscape.
- Own the value log for the AI portfolio.
- Prioritize business cases by value, ROI, and impact.
- Lead design of scalable AI solutions and agentic workflows.
- Deliver scalable AI solutions and agentic workflows.
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of AI solutions.
- Oversee internal AI build from ideation to production.
- Ensure seamless handover to Digital Governance & Management.
- Establish 'Build vs. Buy vs. Self-Service' framework.
- Inform resource allocation for custom and 'Everyday AI' tools.
- Lead narrative for AI roadmap and impact.
- Translate complex technical progress into meaningful messages.
- Drive engagement and messaging for organizational trust.
- Partner with Digital Governance & Management.
- Transition proven AI solutions to 'Run' phase.
- Ensure long-term auditability and compliance.
- Ensure workforce adoption of AI solutions.
- Monitor AI agents for performance and ROI metrics.
- Partner with Digital Governance, IT, BPM, Analytics.
