- Advanced-level Python development experience
- Asynchronous programming experience (e.g., FastAPI, asyncio)
- Building high-performance, production-grade services
- Experience with streaming architectures (strong advantage)
- LLM application and multi-agent orchestration experience
- Building LLM-powered systems
- Multi-step workflows and stateful agents experience
- Tool invocation experience
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph)
- Building stateful, multi-turn agents
- Advanced retrieval and context management understanding
- Deep understanding of vector databases
- Semantic search experience
- Embedding strategies experience
- Re-ranking techniques experience
- Designing and optimizing RAG pipelines
- Real-time and low-latency systems design experience
- Experience with streaming APIs
- Event-driven architectures experience
- Performance optimization experience
- Understanding of quality, cost, and response time trade-offs
- Evaluation-driven development experience
- Implementing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems

Aufgaben
- Design and implement LLM-based workflows
- Enable structured tool usage and workflow orchestration
- Ensure secure interaction with internal services via MCP
- Develop high-performance RAG and CAG pipelines
- Improve context management and ranking strategies
- Optimize grounding mechanisms for complex interactions
- Develop real-time Speech-to-Speech pipelines
- Focus on streaming architectures and latency reduction
- Maintain natural conversational flow in voice interactions
- Build automated QA module for LLM evaluation
- Measure accuracy, safety, latency, and resolution quality
- Translate evaluation insights into model improvements
- Integrate commercial and open-source foundation models
- Optimize models based on performance, latency, cost, and use-case requirements
