Anforderungen
- 3-5+ years hands-on experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or MarTech
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of RTB, header bidding, DSP/SSP ecosystems
- Proven experience leading AdTech implementations or transformation projects
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, SQL for tracking, debugging, analysis
- Experience with AI/ML-driven advertising or automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of attribution models, experimentation, performance measurement
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Own and govern the end-to-end AdTech ecosystem
- Provide technical authority for ad delivery, reporting, and data quality
- Resolve escalated ad delivery, reporting, and data quality issues
- Operate the AdTech service desk
- Provide first-line support to local entities
- Coordinate issue resolution with engineering and product teams
- Own and execute the AI roadmap for AdTech
- Balance innovation and operational excellence in AdTech AI
- Develop AI-driven solutions for bidding optimization and predictive targeting
- Govern automated bidding algorithms
- Align algorithms with margin and growth objectives
- Optimize yield performance
- Analyze auction dynamics
- Improve supply-path efficiency
- Conduct yield experimentation
- Perform continuous performance analysis
