Anforderungen

  • •Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
  • •Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • •Demonstrable domain knowledge in core security domains
  • •Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
  • •Experience working collaboratively with product management and partners
  • •Proven soft skills in effective presentation and teamwork
  • •Territory management skills and pipeline building
  • •Ability to travel as necessary
  • •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

  • •Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert
  • •Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges
  • •Conduct product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs
  • •Map customer challenges and goals to solution capabilities
  • •Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
  • •Act as the domain SME in Security Operations areas
  • •Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements
  • •Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants
  • •Identify and deliver cross-product sales opportunities
  • •Stay updated on competitive analysis and market trends
  • •Support and speak at marketing events and conferences
