Anforderungen
- •Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- •5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- •Experience working on complex deals with Transport and Logistics customers
- •Deep knowledge of building CRM Solutions for Enterprise clients
- •Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
- •Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills in English and German
- •Demonstrated relationship building skills with C-level
- •Experience communicating ServiceNow value proposition to prospects
- •Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
- •Demonstrated territory management skills including pipeline building
- •Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
- •Organized and detail-oriented
- •High degree of passion, energy and drive
- •Willingness to travel as necessary

- •Develop and contribute to sales campaigns for CRM Solutions
- •Maintain a showcase of CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- •Lead discovery workshops to identify customer business challenges

- •Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
- •Configure demonstration environments based on customer requirements
- •Provide feedback on product enhancements to product management
- •Share best practices with other Solution Consultants
- •Stay updated on competitive analyses and differentiators
- •Communicate with business and technical decision makers
- •Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- •Support marketing events like user conferences and webinars
- •Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at marketing events
