- Working experience with HGB highly preferred
- IFRS is nice to have

- Lead financial close processes
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee GL, AP, and IC activities

- Coordinate statutory audits
- Support tax filings
- Manage IFRS to Local GAAP bridging
- Own intercompany processes
- Ensure entity alignment
- Resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth financial operations
- Foster accounting topic alignment
- Drive process improvements
- Standardize accounting processes
- Automate internal controls
- Manage a team of accountants
- Mentor and develop team members
- Provide daily guidance
- Foster accountability
