Beschreibung

In this role, you will handle various accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as preparing financial statements and VAT reports. Attention to detail will be key in supporting financial operations across the DACH and Benelux regions.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational qualification as financial accountant or tax clerk
• •Professional experience in accounting and general knowledge of taxation
• •Some knowledge of accounting practices and taxation in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and/or Belgium
• •IT and systems affinity, ideally knowledge of NetSuite or similar accounting software
• •Fluency in German, good working knowledge of English preferred
• •Collaborative approach, organized and dynamic personality, comfortable with pace and change
• •Independent, structured, result-oriented way of working, high affinity for numbers and attention to detail
• •Familiarity with Excel and other key Microsoft Office applications

Aufgaben

• •Administer accounts payable and receivable
• •Manage general ledger entries
• •Process payment transactions
• •Perform general ledger and subledger account substantiation
• •Prepare inventory statements, including accruals and fixed assets
• •Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• •Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT reports
• •Act as a supporting contact for tax advisors
