- •Develop strategies for account retention and growth
- •Advocate for customer needs to drive product innovation
- •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- •Resolve at-risk events through cross-functional coordination
- •Manage the strategic direction for every assigned customer
- •Communicate customer feedback to improve the product journey
