Anforderungen
- Experience in account management, expansions, renewals, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS/subscription company
- Focus on customer goals and value generation
- Value-based thinker and seller
- Strong understanding of financial numbers, P&Ls, retention, NRR, upsell, cross-sell
- Solid commercial awareness linking product value to customer outcomes
- Skilled at managing large portfolio and accurate CRM data
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills
- Comfortable analysing account performance data and forecasting renewals
- Able to work cross-functionally in fast-moving, target-driven environment
- Good understanding of digital advertising/search marketing industry
- Willingness to apply even if not ticking every box
Aufgaben
- Retain and grow existing customer portfolio
- Identify customer value drivers and set joint business goals
- Drive renewals and expand accounts
- Position Trustpilot as a long-term business partner
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for customer adoption
- Contribute to strong Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Execute defined renewal processes
- Maintain Salesforce accuracy
- Support customers to achieve measurable value
- Own and expand your book of business
- Identify customer goals and challenges
- Derive individual Trustpilot value drivers
- Own end-to-end renewal process
- Deliver high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR)
- Achieve predictable retention
- Drive portfolio expansion through upsell and cross-sell
- Achieve strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Build and maintain detailed account plans
- Create stakeholder maps and accurate forecasts
- Lead commercial and strategic conversations
- Conduct business reviews and contract discussions
- Partner with Marketing on customer stories
- Collaborate with Product on feedback loops
- Ensure accurate data and forecasting discipline
- Maintain pipeline visibility
