- Bachelor/Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar
- 3-5 years high tech b2b sales experience in semiconductor/automotive market
- Experience managing and driving complex engagements at customers and channel partners
- Ability to explain complex technical contents convincingly
- Autonomous work, setting priorities for NXP business and customers
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills for distributor management
- Strong analytical skills for customer requirements and solution identification
- Ability to deal at all levels with customers and distributors
- High flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation, accountability, autonomy, networking ability
- Very strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Drive sustainable growth in key automotive accounts
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to identify focus customers
- Define strategic relationships with channel partners
- Support demand creation and commercial requests
- Achieve revenue and DWIN targets
- Manage key accounts in the automotive market
- Measure performance on demand creation and revenue growth
- Own and drive key account plans
- Build relationships with decision-makers and top management
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Sell the entire NXP portfolio
- Ensure commercial success aligning with NXP goals
- Manage internal resources to meet sales goals
- Deliver above-market growth across assigned responsibilities
