- Lead customer programs from technology transfer to GMP manufacturing
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of projects
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Foster transparent communication and long-term collaboration
- Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Promote shared ownership and high performance among team members
- Manage program scope, timelines, and financials
- Align projects with strategic business goals
- Collaborate to manage scope changes and support commercial strategies
- Identify and address risks proactively
- Ensure smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and inclusion
