Aufgaben
- Oversee operational activities of the manufacturing unit
- Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- Lead a team of production managers, supervisors, and specialists
- Manage people-related tasks including hiring and coaching
- Execute all production campaigns in compliance with regulations
- Monitor production costs and provide forecasts for campaigns
- Contribute to budgeting and product cost calculations
- Support overall production management and operational controls
- Act as a point of contact for production planning and assessments
- Conduct routine performance monitoring and reporting
- Facilitate the handover of investment projects to the manufacturing team
