- Define BKYC value propositions with Identity & AFC Product Managers
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Ensure backlog transparency for stakeholders
- Align backlog with the development team
- Identify data-driven process improvements and automation
- Collaborate with operations to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Support
- Facilitate seamless, scalable, and compliant BKYC integration
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
- Act as an internal BKYC expert
- Drive innovation in BKYC solutions
