- Very hands-on approach
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SQL (plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of agile product development and delivery
- Tech awareness
- Curiosity and familiarity with new technologies and databases (nice to have)
- Digitally native
- High drive for meeting customer needs
- High level of integrity and work ethic

- Execute product roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional product rollouts

- Conduct company-wide discoveries
- Identify pain points and opportunities
- Brainstorm solutions
- Improve customer onboarding experience
- Improve KYC onboarding experience across markets
- Collaborate with external partners
- Ensure frictionless customer experience
- Integrate seamlessly with partner products
- Customize products for N26 customer needs
- Monitor latest market trends
