- Customer-centric thinking, passion for efficient risk/compliance tools
- English language required; German, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus
Aufgaben
- Own and evolve the internal risk platform
- Drive vision for the Customer Risk Platform
- Develop strategy for the Customer Risk Platform
- Oversee delivery of the Customer Risk Platform
- Own and execute product strategy for fraud prevention
- Own and execute product strategy for KYC lifecycle management
- Own and execute product strategy for AML monitoring
- Drive product discovery and delivery
- Partner with engineering, RiskOps, and Compliance teams
- Replace manual processes with an API-driven platform
- Standardize compliance flows for customers and providers
- Deliver risk management alerts
- Provide risk status updates
- Implement risk monitoring triggers
- Manage risk cases
- Integrate capabilities via Global API and dashboard
- Analyze data for actionable insights
- Drive merchant risk scoring
- Enhance fraud detection
- Improve real-time monitoring responses
- Define and track fraud detection metrics
- Define and track monitoring coverage metrics
- Define and track compliance automation metrics
- Define and track operational efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance, and Platform teams
- Embed risk intelligence into customer monitoring
- Embed risk intelligence into lifecycle risk management
- Monitor market expectations
- Analyze evolving fraud trends
- Assess regulatory requirements
- Evaluate payment scheme risk expectations
- Shape roadmap priorities
