- Working knowledge of IP considerations in early innovation

- Lead design and scientific oversight of exploratory preclinical studies
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple preclinical sources
- Generate robust scientific rationales for innovation concepts
- Identify and evaluate new scientific opportunities, ingredients, and technologies
- Design physiologically relevant in vitro and in vivo models
- Collaborate with academic partners, CROs, and internal teams
- Provide scientific input for early innovation
- Track emerging trends in nutritional science and related areas
- Contribute to internal knowledge building
