- Proven track record in early-stage innovation or project management

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong skills in scientific, market, or strategic desk research
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Structured, solution-oriented work style
- Very good command of English
- German and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to be present in the office approximately 3 days per week
