- P&L, Balance Sheet, project management, or analysis experience
- Financial analysis and data model building excellence
- Self-motivation in fast-paced environment
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Effective communication with business and technical teams
- Partnering with business teams for requirements and solutions
- MBA and/or professional finance designation
- Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Business intelligence and reporting tools knowledge/experience
- English language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Ensure financial stability and growth
- Provide insights and analysis for business decisions
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring
- Maintain data quality and integrity
- Analyze forecast and actuals for FP&A reporting
- Understand and analyze financial trends
- Serve as finance business partner to teams
- Conduct on-demand analyses and investment proposals
- Provide finance training for non-finance teams
- Support month-end close activities under IFRS and local GAAP
- Collaborate with Treasury on funding and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Support local teams during tax audits
- Collaborate with International Finance for best practices
- Execute ad hoc finance initiatives
