- Technical troubleshooting and error tracing skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Understanding of hotel operations and PMS
- Excellent intercultural and communication skills
- Fluent German, English, and Mandarin Chinese
Aufgaben
- Resolve technical issues for core hospitality systems
- Troubleshoot deep-level application and data synchronization errors
- Fix interface glitches remotely
- Manage advanced troubleshooting for third-party integrations
- Verify API connectivity and system data flow
- Perform deep-dive root cause analyses on recurring bugs
- Distinguish between system defects and configuration errors
- Identify user-training gaps and provide technical reports
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Filter and prioritize high-value optimization requests
- Analyze ticket trends and system logs
- Monitor application stability and identify pain points
- Implement remote configuration fixes proactively
- Create advanced technical troubleshooting manuals
- Develop Super User guides for hotel staff
