- Manage all operational purchasing activities
- Supply European companies with raw materials, technical goods, and services
- Implement and adhere to company procurement guidelines
- Execute Purchase-to-Pay process tasks
- Handle orders in consultation with internal business partners
- Ensure timely deliveries
- Manage and resolve non-conformities
- Enter and update contract master data in IT systems
- Act as the central contact for operational procurement
- Resolve inquiries from internal customers, suppliers, and strategic buyers
- Coordinate with colleagues from finance departments
