You will drive efficiency in the company's financial operations by managing the full accounts payable cycle, from processing complex invoices to supporting innovative process automation.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification
• •Experience in international accounts payable accounting
• •Understanding of accounting and VAT regulations
• •Mandatory working experience with SAP
• •Advanced MS Outlook and Excel knowledge
• •Fluent English and additional European language
• •Communication skills and cooperative mindset
• •High accountability and accuracy
• •Teamwork skills and cultural sensitivity

Aufgaben

• •Process incoming invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• •Verify legal requirements and VAT compliance for postings
• •Support process harmonization and automation initiatives
• •Participate in creating detailed process documentation
• •Analyze and resolve price or quantity discrepancies
• •Coordinate with other departments to follow up on differences
• •Manage and process travel expense claims
• •Perform period-end closing activities for accounts payable
• •Execute GR/IR analysis and clearing tasks
• •Handle creditor and debtor reclassifications
