Aufgaben
- Process incoming invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
- Verify legal requirements and VAT compliance for postings
- Support process harmonization and automation initiatives
- Participate in creating detailed process documentation
- Analyze and resolve price or quantity discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments to follow up on differences
- Manage and process travel expense claims
- Perform period-end closing activities for accounts payable
- Execute GR/IR analysis and clearing tasks
- Handle creditor and debtor reclassifications
