- Implement inventory management systems for optimization.
- Conduct regular inventory audits for accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Resolve supplier-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance.
- Prepare and present procurement and supply chain reports.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
