Aufgaben
- Manage supplier portfolio and develop business relationships
- Ensure smooth production by providing necessary materials and services
- Establish optimal strategies for material and service acquisition
- Propose new suppliers after market verification
- Identify necessary materials based on customer orders and internal requests
- Monitor orders to optimize product availability and streamline costs
- Manage, approve, and send purchase orders
- Reconcile purchase order data with invoices and accompanying documents
- Negotiate contracts, including purchase prices and delivery terms
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures
- Analyze material prices against market rates
- Support overall supplier evaluations
