Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA (active, eligible, or inactive) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Progressive accounting experience with hands-on corporate finance focus on financial reporting and compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge across IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across onshore and offshore teams
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP, Concur, and Ariba is beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to evolving client needs
  • Experience supporting public-company reporting or SEC-related processes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in French or German

Aufgaben

  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
  • Conduct variance analysis
  • Assist in financial information preparation
  • Adhere to appropriate reporting frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP, Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER)
  • Collaborate with FAAS specialists on technical accounting
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting
  • Handle SEC filings as needed
  • Submit EU regulatory reports
  • Manage SIX Swiss Exchange reporting
  • Monitor service delivery with IFMS Delivery Executives
  • Identify and address issues early
  • Support timely remediation
  • Monitor scope changes and contract-related matters
  • Provide operational support for treasury processes
  • Track stock-based compensation
  • Coordinate with banks and transfer agents
  • Support payroll activities
  • Ensure tax and benefits compliance
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Contribute to Audit Committee and Board meeting materials
  • Administer and monitor IFMS systems
  • Manage subledger–ledger interfaces and reconciliations
