Anforderungen

  • Experience and motivation
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or similar field
  • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in multinational organization
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills with operational experience in multinational environment (IFRS/ US GAAP)
  • Good understanding of treasury processes (including cash forecasting)
  • Result oriented and process driven
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Pro-active and flexible with international mindset
  • Problem solving ability and ability to deal with changes
  • Passion for performance and learning
  • Open and honest with high personal integrity
  • Ability to develop and maintain courteous and collaborative working relationships
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and HFM
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Valid Swiss work authorization

Aufgaben

  • Book daily and monthly transactions
  • Handle payables, netting, and financing transactions
  • Prepare and justify journal entries
  • Monitor and prepare weekly payments
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and monitor direct cash forecasts
  • Reconcile indirect and direct cash forecasts
  • Manage intercompany re-invoicing
  • Close monthly accounting for the entity
  • Implement SOX controls
  • Create and depreciate tangible and intangible assets
  • Examine employee expenses
  • Provide tax documentation to Group Tax (US)
  • Maintain Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss schedules
  • Execute internal controls for SOX compliance
  • Produce accurate accounting reports
  • Present report results
  • Develop and implement finance process improvements
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Prepare monthly flash reports
  • Analyze variances to forecast, budget, and prior year actuals
  • Support cost forecast preparation
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Corporate Finance
