Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business
  • •Professional qualification like CA, CPA or CMA
  • •Experience in multinational accounting or audit
  • •Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or SCO
  • •Understanding of financial accounting processes
  • •Experience with general ledger and closing
  • •Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • •Affinity for BI or reporting tools
  • •Willingness to learn new systems
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Practical approach and attention to detail
  • •Curious and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Collaborative teamwork skills
  • •Resilience working with tight deadlines
  • •Fluent English skills

Aufgaben

  • •Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • •Ensure compliance with Swiss Code and company policies
  • •Prepare and review financial statements and notes
  • •Maintain equity, intercompany, and investment schedules
  • •Supervise functional and business controllers
  • •Coordinate with accounting operations for group reporting
  • •Prepare deliverables and clarify treatments for statutory audits
  • •Maintain internal controls and balance sheet reconciliations
  • •Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
  • •Support automation initiatives in SAP and PowerBI
  • •Provide technical accounting guidance to finance teams
