- Strong technical skills and agile project management methodologies
- SCRUM or other agile project management certification
- 2–3+ years managing regulatory reform initiatives in Asset Management
- Knowledge of T+1 settlement, EMIR, and derivatives clearing
- Exposure to AIFMD/UCITS or Retail Investment Strategy
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- High interpersonal competence, strong motivation, and positive work attitude
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English
- Additional European language proficiency
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Generative AI / GenAI
Aufgaben
- Lead projects for operational investment infrastructure changes
- Implement industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Assess regulatory impact on Operations, Investment, and IT
- Facilitate workshops with affected teams and management
- Plan and execute projects independently
- Take ownership of project outcomes and success
- Act as an internal management consultant
- Support multiple projects and topics simultaneously
- Set priorities for concurrent projects
