Aufgaben
- Partner with Product Owner and business stakeholders
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Produce functional and non-functional specifications
- Design conceptual solutions aligned with architectural standards
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and integrators
- Support solution delivery and production rollout
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal clients
- Coach the team in Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and cross-team dependencies
- Promote collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business
- Monitor delivery performance using Agile metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for continuous improvement
