- Minimum 3 years job experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and client-centric approach with diplomacy and assertiveness
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Further languages highly helpful
- German is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
Aufgaben
- Coordinate Third Party Oversight with Business Owners and second-line functions
- Conduct pre-screening calls and classify Third Party Engagements
- Maintain and store TPRM documents, contracts, and Third Party master data
- Ensure compliance with TPRM lifecycle steps and policy
- Notify new outsourcings to supervisory authorities
- Update ICT services in ICT Register
- Provide reporting to Allianz group entities and Senior Management
- Guide Business Owners to identify and address non-compliant Third Party Engagements
- Escalate non-compliant cases to Business Owners and Third Parties
- Manage TPRM projects with stakeholders
- Improve SME integration into TPRM policy
- Support Asia Pacific and US integration projects
