Resolving Windows desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, including OS installation and troubleshooting, for a global electronic brokerage firm. Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT apprenticeship required; A+, Network+, Microsoft, or VMware certifications a plus. Support for global users across 200+ countries; hands-on OS configuration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT apprenticeship

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop OS
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and Azure services
- Administrative scripting with PowerShell or Python
- Intune packaging and PC deployments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and Wi-Fi
- Understanding of DNS and DHCP
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Skills in desktop imaging and application deployment
- Knowledge of domains and group policies
Aufgaben
- Provide technical support for computer issues.
- Assist users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install operating systems and configure settings.
- Troubleshoot problems using diagnostic tools.
- Document resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Maintain updates for assigned incidents.
- Participate in projects as directed by IT management.
- Attend training programs and team meetings.
- Interface professionally with employees at all levels.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ensure coverage by participating in assigned schedules.
