- Coordinate with the external infrastructure team
- Install and troubleshoot office and trading applications
- Administer users in on-premises and cloud directories
- Setup devices and install standard services
- Document issues and changes in the ticketing tool
- Collaborate with the central Helpdesk team
- Develop expertise in local applications and processes
- Manage and document hardware inventory processes
- Store and organize IT equipment properly
- Order and replace new or broken devices
- Maintain IT devices in meeting rooms and printer areas
- Coordinate equipment repairs and warranty issues with vendors
- Manage e-waste handling and transportation
- Build a vendor and third-party contact list
- Solve and ticket IT infrastructure issues
- Document and coordinate testing for new requests
- Lead office infrastructure and server room projects
- Ensure meeting room devices are ready for collaboration
- Assist users with workplace and peripheral setups
- Manage intra-office relocations and device moves
- Configure company services on mobile devices
- Help users and guests with Wi-Fi and printers
- Create training materials for basic IT activities
- Support IT needs for joiner, mover, and leaver employees
