- Fluency in DACH C-Suite strategic challenges (Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Retail)
- Understanding of SaaS models, enterprise software (Process Intelligence/Mining, RPA, ERP, BI, AI)
- Oversee customer engagements, demonstrate value
- Guide IT teams, translate technical to business outcomes
- Promote innovation and experimentation
- Enable teams to develop new models/use cases for software solutions
- Experience with Celonis value selling methodology
- Identify/prioritize use cases, implement improvements, change agent
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of Value Engineers
- Drive end-to-end customer value journey
- Achieve net-new ARR, customer health, and product adoption goals
- Collaborate with regional, cross-functional go-to-market leadership
- Advise Celonis Executive Team and strategic customer stakeholders
- Foster a positive, supportive work environment
- Identify and frame value for prospects and customers
- Oversee the entire customer portfolio
- Translate customer objectives into high-impact use cases
- Evangelize Process Intelligence Platform to prospects and customers
- Communicate value and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
- Serve as executive sponsor for the customer portfolio
- Facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps
- Drive adoption and expansion of Celonis Platform
- Present results and realized value to senior management
- Ensure customer success and manage change
- Provide feedback to product development teams
- Develop world-class talent through structured enablement
- Mentor and provide continuous feedback
- Demonstrate Celonis Leadership Principles
- Allocate resources to meet company targets
- Communicate success and flag risks proactively
