- High-level fluency in German
- Analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
- Customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with Business Software/SaaS or Consultancy
- Inhouse role (e.g., Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence) within an Enterprise
- Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g. SAP)
- Experience implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Experience collaborating with IT teams
- Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement
- Experience deploying improvement measures
- Being a change agent
- Training users/process owners to realize value
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines
- Managing multiple projects across aligned accounts
- Leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem
- Experience preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Sovereign appearance
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domain
- Understanding of strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation)
- Expertise in one or more industries (e.g. Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals)
- Ability to develop deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable
- High-level fluency in German

- Translate customer objectives into value assessments
- Build Celonis business cases and demos
- Run value workshops with senior stakeholders
- Secure long-term partnership agreements
- Collaborate with the Celonis Sales Team
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
- Help customers achieve strategic goals
- Drive measurable business impact across processes and industries
- Identify and frame high-impact Celonis use cases
- Leverage industry benchmarks and best practices
- Undertake value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions
- Initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change
- Present results and realized value to senior management
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps
- Embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a transformation platform
- Drive adoption and expansion of the platform
- Provide feedback to product development teams
