As the VP of Payments, you will lead Pliant's global Payments department, ensuring operational excellence and scalability while driving strategic initiatives that support rapid international growth.

Anforderungen

• •10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• •5+ years in senior operations or program leadership
• •Proven ability to design and execute global payments or operations strategies
• •Deep understanding of card issuing, payment ecosystems, and fraud prevention
• •Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (EMI, PSD2, AML/KYC)
• •Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• •Experience applying AI-based tools or automation to improve operational performance
• •Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
• •Experience leading and developing distributed, multi-disciplinary teams

Aufgaben

• •Define and execute the Payments strategy
• •Provide strategic leadership to Payment Operations, Fraud Operations, and Payment Programs
• •Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance
• •Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• •Represent the Payments department in executive leadership and partner forums
• •Manage relationships with card networks and banking partners
• •Champion innovation and process transformation using AI and automation
• •Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team and culture
