- Track end-to-end performance metrics
- Manage incidents and root cause analysis
- Build relationships with banks and regulators
- Lead partner onboarding and integrations
- Influence policy in scheme working groups
- Ensure adherence to EU payment regulations
- Maintain operational integrity and control frameworks
- Oversee readiness for industry-wide changes
