- 5+ years in merchant partnerships, BD, or commercial strategy
- Proven track record building go-to-market/partnership strategies
- Deep familiarity with German retail/loyalty ecosystem
- Existing network across relevant verticals
- Experience designing/operating offer/promotions programs
- Ability to translate product capabilities into merchant value propositions
- Prior experience with product or growth teams is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Derive insights from program data into actionable narratives
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional European languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred but not required
Aufgaben
- Design and define portfolio strategy for Germany
- Support execution of local product priorities
- Analyze and interpret product performance
- Coordinate hands-on execution of local and global initiatives
- Manage process escalations to remove obstacles
- Propose and support change implementation
- Collaborate on priorities based on global commercial strategy
- Research and establish new partnerships
- Negotiate new partnerships
- Improve relationships with ongoing partners
- Enhance operational efficiencies with partners
- Set customized market and regional strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
- Set strategic direction and roadmap
- Enhance product experience and business metrics
- Build go-to-market or partnership strategies end-to-end
- Develop and close pitches for partnerships
- Review and analyze partnership performance
- Understand German retail and loyalty ecosystem
- Leverage existing network in relevant verticals
- Design and operate offer/promotions programs
- Translate product capabilities into merchant value propositions
- Work with product or growth teams
- Derive insights from program performance data
- Create actionable pitch narratives
- Fluently communicate in German and English
