- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor customer outcomes and value propositions
- Manage the end-to-end SMB segment P&L
- Develop sales forecasts and financial plans
- Collaborate across global matrixed departments
- Drive product outcomes with engineering teams
- Report performance metrics to senior management
- Analyze sales data and market trends
- Implement reporting systems to track success
