As a Senior Product Manager for Counterparties & Payments, you will shape the systems that define customer transactions and payment processes. This role involves developing features for Payables and Receivables while collaborating with partners to enhance financial workflows on the Pliant platform.

Anforderungen

  • •5+ years of product management or relevant experience in fintech, payments, accounting systems, or financial infrastructure
  • •Strong understanding of AP/AR concepts, counterparties, and payment initiation flows
  • •Experience with entity models, reconciliation, or merchant/payee identity resolution
  • •Technical fluency and ability to work closely with backend engineering on complex systems
  • •Experience partnering with operations, compliance, and integrations teams in a regulated environment
  • •Structured problem-solving ability and a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset
  • •Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • •Own the roadmap for counterparty and payment initiation
  • •Develop a unified counterparty model
  • •Maintain Pliant's merchant database
  • •Implement systems for reconciling vendor identities
  • •Build and enhance Payables and Receivables features
  • •Manage invoice ingestion and counterparty onboarding
  • •Initiate outbound and inbound payments
  • •Ensure integration between payment initiation and accounting systems
  • •Collaborate with partners to support AP/AR experiences
  • •Work with engineering on scalable data models and APIs
  • •Produce actionable product requirements
  • •Drive execution with cross-functional teams
