- Facilitate Kaizens and commercial CI workshops
- Lead structured problem-solving sessions
- Assess and advance regional VES maturity
- Build execution plans to close capability gaps
- Drive the end-to-end Kaizen Funnel process
- Promote agile approaches and try-storming experimentation
- Identify high-potential associates for certification pipelines
- Align improvement efforts with growth priorities
- Monitor funnel health using insights and analytics
- Represent EMEA in global excellence forums
- Ensure transparency and accountability across markets
