- Establish pricing models and technical concepts
- Develop compelling go-to-market materials
- Drive cross-functional governance with global departments
- Track milestones, risks, and financial performance
- Ensure on-scope and on-time project delivery
- Coach sales teams on positioning and closing strategies
- Act as a commercial interface for strategic opportunities
- Conduct customer workshops and validation sessions
- Design pilot activities to address market needs
- Refine the campaign operating model and tools
- Improve knowledge-sharing across global units
