- Steer the creation of a "one-source-of-truth" architecture
- Steer the integration of ABS with Databricks
- Own the strategic roadmap through to sprint delivery
- Build and maintain shared product vision and roadmap with Product Owners
- Synchronize roadmaps across multiple teams
- Lead multiple teams
- Set clear role and decision boundaries
- Resolve architectural trade-offs during priority conflicts
- Manage cross-team dependencies
- Proactively manage technical and delivery risks
- Translate complex discussions into concrete next steps
- Act as central contact for business, management, and teams
- Embed an AI-first mindset, using AI as an accelerator
- Deliver data products
- Decommission legacy systems
- Retire technical debt
