Anforderungen

  • Proven experience in project coordination or fast-paced environments
  • First experience in event management, business or hospitality is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Management or similar
  • Passion for Breitling and the luxury industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate luxury watch trade fair from planning to execution
  • Serve as key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Schedule meetings and operational briefings
  • Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers
  • Support staff planning and accreditations
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality services
  • Organize host and hostess castings
  • Prepare operational guides and event documentation
  • Process invoices and track budgets in SAP
  • Support booth setup and on-site event operations
  • Maintain high service and brand standards
  • Tackle unexpected challenges proactively
  • Support operational planning of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2027
  • Ensure smooth and timely supplier delivery
  • Book and organize internal and external staff
  • Define and organize catering
  • Track invoices and budgets in SAP
  • Act as main point of contact between stakeholders and organizers
  • Prepare operational manuals and briefings
  • Contribute to post-event debrief and future improvements
