Aufgaben
- Manage and develop customer accounts
- Drive equipment sales in existing and competitor accounts
- Prepare sales forecasts, commercial offers, and contract renewals
- Support new customer onboarding
- Act as primary liaison between customers and internal departments
- Conduct technical reviews and workflow analyses
- Support equipment and software upgrades
- Collect and report customer data
- Assist Sales Executives with presentations and business analysis
- Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support
- Deliver high-level technical and clinical discussions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Support hotline coverage and field-based assistance
- Lead and coordinate customer projects
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders
- Participate in new product launches
- Manage multiple high-priority projects
- Support preparation and verification of documentation
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations
- Adhere to organizational protocols and policies
- Develop presentation skills
