Aufgaben
- Promote and support company products through customer education
- Provide clinical education for routine issues
- Execute day-to-day field operations and clinical-technical support
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support during CRM cases
- Support physicians performing CRM cases with company systems
- Educate customers on product merits and proper clinical usage
- Participate in presentations and demonstrations of company products
- Team up with Sales Representatives to meet clients
- Identify client clinical needs, goals, and constraints
- Discuss and demonstrate how company products meet client goals
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to create clinical and technical support documentation for Tenders
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service
- Develop creative and feasible solutions with internal personnel
- Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity
- Support site authorization process and study procedures for clinical trials
- Provide initial and continuous training and education for clinical center personnel
- Educate clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocols
- Train clinical center personnel on products and features under investigation
- Support colleagues in neighboring regions when required
