- Implement the organization's overall deformity sales strategy for Western Europe
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel
- Support selling, market development, service efforts, and clinical programs
- Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share
- Assess the need for new selling programs and processes
- Conduct competitive analysis and implement strategies
- Coach sales representatives on technical aspects of products and services
- Coach sales representatives on marketing campaigns and sales promotions
- Coach sales representatives on sales techniques, procedures, and standards
- Build and implement strategies and the deformity go-to-market plan
- Align with regional and country sales leaders
- Implement and execute medical education activities for internal sales teams
