- •Significant Project or Program Management experience
- •Significant Service Support Business experience
- •Considerable Application Operation L2 experience
- •Banking background or financial trade experience
- •Global multi-vendor environment interaction skills
- •Clear and concise communication skills
- •Ability to discuss with banking customers
- •Ability to obtain results through influence
- •Minimum 3 years banking-IT sector experience
- •Significant Unix environment and shell scripting experience
- •Application configuration and database troubleshooting experience
- •Ansible playbook writing and troubleshooting experience
- •Administrative experience with Qlik, Informatica, Salesforce
- •Experience configuring Apache Tomcat and WSO2
- •Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- •ITIL V3 Certification
- •Project Management certification

- •Provide proactive support and troubleshoot the application portfolio
- •Manage ITSM processes including incidents, problems, and changes
- •Engage Global Incident Management for critical service outages
- •Monitor Service-Now queues to ensure timely ticket resolution
- •Identify and address recurring issues with vendors or experts
- •Maintain up-to-date application documentation
- •Escalate critical issues to the APS lead promptly
- •Support and inform the client lead on operational matters
- •Report on application performance and identify critical areas
- •Document meeting minutes and track action items for leadership
