- Troubleshoot issues throughout the end-to-end transaction management lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Robotics team to identify and implement technology improvements
- Escalate operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads
- Apply operational strategies and objectives across product and business lines
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Desks and Compliance
