- Manage equipment technology and centerline settings
- Oversee progressive maintenance systems and KPIs
- Manage the line repairs and maintenance budget
- Execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans
- Train technicians to build their technical skills
- Collaborate with asset and reliability teams
- Manage line changes and spare parts localization
- Perform breakdown analyses and reduce maintenance costs
- Represent the site in global technology forums
- Support new initiatives and benchmarking activities
- Train plant staff on maintenance subjects
