Aufgaben
- Lead planning and process development for Planned Maintenance Elements
- Manage teams of technical and non-technical personnel
- Enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets
- Participate in Daily Management Systems meetings
- Own technology and process settings for equipment
- Manage Progressive Maintenance systems and KPIs
- Oversee Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line
- Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans
- Build technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians
- Lead PM systems and processes at the line and department levels
- Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team for system improvements
- Manage Change Management and localization of spares
- Conduct breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction
- Represent the line as the site technology owner in forums
- Assist in VSU for new initiatives and enable the VSU team
- Support line leaders in benchmarking and reapplication
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM topics
